The room (approx. 4.0 × 3.4 m) is on the 1st floor, has high ceilings, built-in wardrobes, and gets natural light throughout the day. It’s currently unfurnished, but furnishing can be discussed if helpful. The ensuite includes both a bath and a separate shower.

The flat has an unusually large living room (9.2 × 4.4 m) and a separate, generously sized kitchen (5.0 × 2.8 m) with space for a dining table. There’s also excellent additional storage in the living area, a terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, and central gas heating. Each flatmate has their own bathroom.

Despite being right in the heart of Clerkenwell, the flat is exceptionally quiet, it’s surrounded by offices, so evenings and weekends are calm, while still having immediate access to great coffee shops, restaurants, and transport links.

You’d be sharing with a Trans Masc gay guy (40), who works in diversity & inclusion and freelances mainly from home. He's got a great mustache! Friendly, kind, and independent, he works from a desk in his room, so the living space stays uncluttered. The flat has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere... clean and tidy without being obsessive.

I’m moving out simply to live on my own closer to the office.
