Large Double Room – Angel / Clerkenwell

Hey hey,

My current flatmate is sadly heading back to Ireland, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

It’s a large double room in a well-kept flat just off Amwell Road. Around 5-10 mins walk to Angel, Exmouth Market, shops (Tesco Express, Co-Op), tube, etc - all the good stuff :) Proper central but still feels like a neighbourhood.

The flat’s fully furnished with a big living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The rent is £1586, which includes gas and water. Bills are an extra ~£135 a month. That includes everything, so council tax, wi-fi, and electricity.

You’d be sharing with myself - Irish, working full-time in tech sales. Into the gym, travel when I can, always up for a laugh, the odd pub quiz, a decent night out, but also appreciate a clean, calm home during the week.
