Studio in Central London (6 months)

I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Walmsley Studios (Unite Students) in Clerkenwell. THIS IS STUDENT ONLY ACCOMMODATION.

It is a PRIVATE STUDIO!!! The contract ends on 12.09.2026, so you'd be able to stay for 6 months.

RENT:
£445/week

WHAT I OFFER:
I will cover the transfer fee (ofc) + PAY THE FIRST TWO WEEKS WORTH OF YOUR RENT (£890) because, unfortunately, I am looking to leave quite urgently. I'm also not sure what I'm bringing so far, but I would be open to leaving behind a couple of pots or kitchen things to lighten my load. I'll also leave my broom behind and whatever cleaning supplies I still have.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
No flatmates -- I'm not even sure I have neighbors in the rooms next to me. I sleep super light so it was important to me to have space and serenity -- this definitely is a great place if you want somewhere peaceful and to yourself.
It has its own kitchen and bathroom, plus a brand new fridge was just installed :} The building has a gym, common room, and 24h reception, and the surrounding area is super safe and quiet. There's also a Waitrose and Tesco right outside.

TRANSPORT:
Probably even split between Farringdon and Angel (10 minutes each), so it is very well connected.
