Price
£1350/month excl. bills (~£125 per month for council tax, electricity, gas, water and wifi, depending on usage)

Length of contract
- Minimum of 6 months (replacing me in the current contract)
- The household plans to stay on when the current contract ends, so we’re looking for someone who’s happy to settle in for the long term

About you
- Professionals only (no students)
- Someone who is clean and tidy – we treat our home as a sanctuary and would love someone who does the same
