Furnished double room available in a modern, split-level flat in Clerkenwell, Islington. The room comes with your own private bathroom (not ensuite, but just outside the room).

The flat has a bright kitchen and living area with lots of natural light. It’s a new build, so everything is modern and well-kept.

It’s a 5-minute walk to Angel station and around 15 minutes into the City of London. You’re also close to plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

All bills are included.

A bit about me: I’m pretty relaxed and sociable but also respect personal space. I work down the road in the city. I’m very much into sports and usually at the gym on weekends.

I’m looking for a similar young professional who’s easygoing, tidy, and considerate. Someone who’s happy to have the occasional chat or hang out.
