The room costs £800 pcm and is couple friendly or for single occupancy. All bills are included except electricity which is run on a meter and the cost is split between all of the housemates.
This is a 3 bedroom flat in Crossharbour within walking distance to both Crossharbour and South Quay stations.
Our room is a furnished double that comes with a memory foam double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. The room has access to a private balcony with a view of the river. The flat is located within the City Tower block of flats so you will have access to a communal garden, building common area as well as a 24hr concierge.
We have several grocery stores, restaurants and bars right on our door step and are a 10 min walk away from Canary Wharf shopping centre.
Move in date is flexible but 1 October 2020 would be ideal.
