I am looking for a housemate!

I have a large double bedroom available in Colindale (7 min walk to Colindale Tube Station - Northern Line).

The close proximity of the tube allows quick and easy access to the city: Camden Town (15 mins), Kings Cross (20mins), Leicester Square (25mins)

My flat is located in a safe residential area, surrounded by green parks nearby, a cute garden allotment and plenty of local amenities.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and desk but I am still in the process of getting a wardrobe.

The flat has 2-bedrooms and is enclosed in a relatively quiet community in Colindale.

The flat has a communal living room, communal kitchen, storage space in the loft, one shared bathroom (toilet and shower) all within a relaxed household. There is a local park within a 5 minute walk and two gyms within 5 minute walk also.

Current living arrangement:

1 female who is a city professional aged between 21-28. I enjoy sports, movies/films and travel!

Contract, Dates & Costs:

**Room available from 20th November 2020**

£750 (Rent per calendar month including bills)*

*Monthly bills include: Gas / Electric / Council Tax / Broadband / Water

Contract start date: 20th November 2020

Deposit: £900 (returned at the end of tenancy)

Term: 6 months minimum, ideally 12 months (with rolling flexibility)
