Hello,
We have a cozy double bedroom available in a spacious and clean 3 storey house in the heart of Colindale. Less than 5 minute walk from Colindale tube station (Northern line) and buses. Very close to Sainsbury's, M&S, Asda, gyms, restaurants and a few different parks.
We have an extra toilet downstairs and one shared bathroom on the top floor. We also have a little garden.
Current household: 3 friendly females aged 28-45
We are a chilled household environment, we keep the house very tidy and clean, respect each other’s routines and privacy. However, we try to catch up in our free time :)
Bills are split each month (gas, wifi, electricity, water and council tax) - around £120 a month (more during the winter months). There is a credit check of at least 20k income and deposit around 800£. Joint tenancy contract.
