Gas, water, electricity, broadband & council tax bills are EXCLUDED. They amount to £300/ month. Monthly rent PLUS bills is therefore a bargain £1100/ month.

There is one allocated parking space for this flat (see photo). If you don't need it, you can make some money by renting it out using, say, JustPark.
