The rent price does not include electricity bills, council tax bill (band D) and broadband, which would be roughly £180 on top of the rent.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, however the leaving tenant is willing to sell any needed furniture seen on the picture.

I’m a very easy going, quiet and tidy person who equally values a good chat but also some ‘me time’.

My typical week involves 2 days WFH and 3 days in office; usually going at least 3 evenings to the gym during weekdays (happy to training together if this is something you’re into too☺️); socialising and relaxing on weekends.
