Available 12/04 - Spacious Ensuite Room

I'm moving out of my fantastic room in a modern new build flat in Colindale, and I'm looking for a female professional to take over my spot!

The room itself is really spacious and comes with its own private ensuite bathroom, which is a huge plus. The flat is a modern new build, so everything is well-maintained. We also have a lovely balcony, and the kitchen and living room get plenty of natural light, making them lovely and bright. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The location is incredibly convenient:

It's just a 2-minute walk to Colindale Underground Station, giving you easy access to the Northern Line.

You can be in Central London in approximately 20 minutes.

There are plenty of shops and a gym right nearby, making daily life very easy.

The current housemates are two 27 y/o females who are social and friendly, enjoying a chat, but they also really value and respect each other's independence and personal space. They're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and considerate to maintain a peaceful living environment.

Who I'm looking for to take over the room:

Female Professional: This room is available for a female professional preferably.
Clean & Tidy: Someone who will help keep the flat a pleasant place to live.
Respectful & Independent: Someone who will fit in well with the existing flatmates' dynamic.

The room is available from 12th April.
