North London Colindale – 2B2B flat, one master Ensuite bedroom available for sublet (3 months)

The room is a spacious en-suite master bedroom with a private bathroom, furnished with a 1.5m double bed. Rent is £900 per month, excluding bills (preferably a non-student tenant due to council tax sharing). The building includes free access to a gym and swimming pool.

Looking for a neat and tidy flat mate to replace me for 3 months. It’s a well lit and spacious home with ample of storage and amenities and Colindale station is 13 min walk. It’s close to middlesex university and easy to commute. Please reach out if interested.

Tenancy period: mid-to-late May until the end of August. Move-in date is negotiable. After the contract ends, you may discuss renewing with the agency together with the current tenants (rent is unlikely to increase).

Flatmates: two very friendly Indian, clean and organized tenants — one male in the second bedroom and one female currently staying in the living room (this does not affect normal kitchen use).

Note: This is a contract transfer. Under the new regulations from May, rent is paid monthly. A reference check is required, and a guarantor company will be needed.
