The flat is in a new development 5 minutes walk from Colindale station. It is a 20 minutes journey on the nortnern line to King's Cross where you can change to the victoria, piccadilly, circle, hammersmith&city and bakerloo lines.
There is a free 24 hour car park (communal overgroung car park)
Sainsbury's 2 minutes away, asda 5 minutes ride on the bus and a convenient store 5 minutes walk from the flat.
There is a gym a few minutes away. It is fully equipped and has many classes to choose from.

The flat has a huge living area with big balcony.
The room has a new double bed, a new wardrobe, bedside table, armchair and coffee table.
The price includes all bills.
