10 Minutes to Colliers wood tube and it's ever-so-handy Northern line means waving goodbye to night buses clutching a cold kebab. The tubes run 24 hours all weekend, no running for the last train and missing it and pretending you didn't want to get on it anyway.🏃

The house is in great nick with sociable lounge and kitchen area. Most importantly cleaned by a cleaner provided by the landlord. How nice of them! 😬

The room is a double with everything you would hope for. Well, it doesn't have a hot tub but you get the picture.... It's small but the best things come in small packages I say.

Bathroom sparkles as also cleaned by the cleaner!🚻🧽

You have Merton Abbey Mills which has lots of crafty events, grab yourself a hessian waste paper basket or a papier mache ashtray. Lovely pub on the river, squint and it could almost be Spain. Next door there is a Virgin fitness centre that has a pool, large gym, spin studio, restaurant and great staff. Just over the road is a MASSIVE Sainsbury and Marks and Spencer's with a food court. The Tandem Centre, which has Next, TK MAX , Boots, Starbucks and Nando's etc is a short walk. You will be busy. You will gain weight.
