Friendly house share in Colliers Wood

Hi there,

Two if us are moving out of this great house share we have been in for a few years now. One of us is leaving London and the other moving in with a partner.

We are leaving behind this modern, 3 story, clean house with open plan living room/ kitchen and big garden.

Room 1- ground floor double- furnished.

Room 2- first floor double- furnished

The area-
Colliers wood is a lovely area. On the northen line, sandwiched between the vibrant areas of Wimbledon and Tooting. Colliers Wood itself has a more chilled out 'suburban' vibe but with everything you may need. Pubs, gyms and a massive M&S and Sainsburys a 10 min walk from our front door.

Housemates- Working professionals who will say hi and have a chat in the kitchen. We have all become friends living in the house and the remaining housemates are looking for people who can fit into this chilled out vibe but have their own lives outside the house.

Both the rooms are for non smokers.
