We are a professional couple (M&E engineers) looking for any friendly, clean and sociable housemates, who are ideally professionals, to become friends with.

We don't have too many rules in the house but we look well after the property. On evenings and weekends we play table tennis or have BBQ parties in our garden, watch TV, play Video Games, share a dinner, etc.

The king size room (available now) is really massive, bright and fresh. The smaller room (available from middle of August) is also nice and quite. The rooms come with good quality accessories, brand new beds and mattresses, chest of draws, desk&coffee tables, office chairs, a mini-bar fridge, lots of storage space, key lockable doors, intruder alarm, etc.

The superstores' and restaurants' area, local shops, gyms and public gardens are nearby. It's within 5-10 minutes walking distance to Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon underground stations and just within 30 minutes to commute to Central London.
