Fantastic en-suite double room in modern flat

We’re looking for someone to take over our double en-suite room in this lovely, modern, 17th floor apartment.

The room has loads of storage space in a huge built in wardrobe and well as a larger than average en-suite.

The living space is huge, the kitchen has almost brand new appliances including great quality induction jobs, there is also a dishwasher. From the 17th floor the views north towards the city are amazing and sure to impress on viewing! The room is unfurnished however we may be happy to leave the bed and some other things behind, the built in wardrobe is very useful too. The living space has been furnished by our housemates however there is plenty of room to make it your own!

You will be sharing the apartment with another couple, George and Lucy. They are both young professionals who are really easy to get along with and even easier to live with! George organises all of the bills which come to around £80-100 per month per person (if you are a couple) so really affordable.

The apartment has a 24hr concierge and is situated footsteps (literally 20 seconds) from Colliers Wood tube on the northern line and is a 25-40 commute to central. We have several pubs and bars around us, coop, Tesco, a huge Sainsbury’s, Aldi, gym and park next door and Tooting and Wimbledon only a 10 minute bus journey away.

This room and apartment is a beauty and am sure it will go quickly, so do view as soon as you can.
