THE FLAT: A first floor 2-bedroom maisonette flat, with an open plan kitchen/living room and a large storage cupboard (shared with the other flatmate, but is a good space to store luggage, cleaning supplies, etc.).
The available bedroom has lots of light, good floor space and lots of storage opportunities. There are 2 double wardrobes and 2 chests of drawers.
The living room/kitchen and the bedroom have just been redecorated.

THE AREA: Colliers Wood is generally a quiet residential area in which I’ve always felt safe. There are bus routes 1 minute down the street which go to Wimbledon (10 min). There’s a 24hour Tesco (1 min), a large Sainsbury’s in the retail park (10 min), Aldi (5 min) and Co-op (2 min).

THE FLATMATE: I’m friendly, easy going and also value cleanliness and considerate living. I work fairly regular hours and, while I have my own life (and would respect yours!), it would be nice to socialise occasionally with you (watching a movie, going for a drink in the local pub or a nice brunch in the café across the street).
