Our lovely 1 bedroom flat in Colliers Wood is available now.
We have absolutely loved living here, it’s less than a 1 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube station (Northern line) and all major supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, M&S, Co-Op and Lidl) are literally on your doorstep, along with the pretty and peaceful Wandle park next door to the flat.
The flat has been recently renovated to a modern standard. All appliances are included such as washing machine and fridge/freezer.
In regards to furnishing it is partly furnished. There is a movable island and 2 breakfast stools included. The sofa is our own but are willing to let this stay if required, you will need to provide your own bed. The flat has lots of storage with 2 cupboards near the front door for shoes/jackets, a larger cupboard with boiler and enough space for larger items as well as a huge built in wardrobe.
There are 2 parking spaces included in the price of the rent. Also has a private walkway at the front of the property which we use as our own little balcony.
