Friendly home in Colliers Wood!

We have a room available in our beautiful home which is located a 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood station.

You’d be living with 3 professional females- Carina aged 32, Teegan 27 and Sophie 25. We are holding out for the right person to join us and our handsome cat Nando.

Sadly we had one of our housemates move out in the new year to move in with her partner! We are 3 easy going, clean, wine drinking, friendly, considerate, social girls who love a good Netflix binge and a catch up after a busy day at work.
If you value your own space while still living with great people you can have a bit of banter with, then this is the room for you!

Bills included - broadband, Virgin TV package, gas, electric, water, 50 inch TV. We also have a garden for summer bbq’s.

0-5 mins walk to Colliers Wood (Northern line - always get a seat)
24 hour bus runs on the main road.

10-15 mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube/Tooting Market (lots of mini-food stalls, and great for a night out when you want to go for dinner or even out-out)

5-10 mins walk to St George's hospital

Looking for a new housemate for a friendly professional house just a short walk from all the fun of Tooting.

The house is great for commuting into the City/Central London (30 mins to London Bridge/ Bank).

It's a small double room with bed and mattress, good sized fitted wardrobe and you’d be able to fit a thin chest of drawers in plus it has space under the bed for more storage.

The house cat, Nando, is our pride and joy so expect lots of love and snuggles from him!
