Friendly house share (St Georges/ City commutable)

We have a room available in our beautiful home which is located a 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood station.

Unfortunately my time in this house has come to an end due to moving back in with my parents otherwise I would be staying right where I am! I have had such an incredible time living here with Gemma, Francesca and Hannah; three lovely girls who are incredibly sweet, totally relaxed and very considerate. It’s a cosy room in a lovely property and I am very sad to be leaving. If you value your own space while still living with great people who are easy to get along with then this is the room for you. Absolutely no complaints over the past 10 months years and cannot recommend enough!

You’d be living with 3 professional females- Hannah, Gemma and Francesca. We are holding out for the right person to join us and our handsome cat Nando.

Bills included other than council tax, which is £45 - cleaner, broadband, gas, electric, water, 50 inch TV. We also have a garden for summer bbq’s.

0-5 mins walk to Colliers Wood (Northern line - always get a seat)
24 hour bus runs on the main road.

10-15 mins walk to Tooting Broadway tube/Tooting Market (lots of restaurants and bars, it is great for a night out when you want to go for dinner or even out-out)

5-10 mins walk to St George's hospital
30 minutes tube to London Bridge/ Bank

It's a small double room with bed and mattress, wardrobe, and space under the bed for more storage.

The house cat, Nando, is our pride and joy so expect lots of love and snuggles from him!
