Cheap Cosy Double room available

We have a but cosy double room to rent in our house in Colliers Wood that I have currently been using as a sewing studio and have decided to rent out.

Price includes Council Tax and Broadband. Other bills will be split 3 ways.

It has built in wardrobe with a mirror and two large windows. Ideal for a person without a lot of things. Someone independent with their own life but friendly when we bump into each other in the house.

Its not the tidiest household, everyone is expected to clean after themselves. So not for you if your a neat freak.

The room does have a bed, can also provide a desk and chair.

You would be sharing with me and Andy. We all work during the week. He has the top floor of the flat to himself and we would share the middle.

Please send a little info about your self so we can know a little about you. we would do a meeting with all flatmates so we can see if its the correct fit. Listing for 6 months but if the fit works happy to extend the let.

But the location is excellent. There's a bus stop right outside. The house is well connected if you commute into central London/the City. Colliers Wood tube station (Northern line) is a 5-10min walk away and provides a quick link into central London; the house is also a 15min walk from Tooting station where you can catch the train or Thameslink. You can also catch the tram into Croydon or a bus to get to Wimbledon within 20min each.
