A single room is currently available on the 1st floor of a 2-storey detached house (ex-office building), in a fantastic location 3 minutes from the Tandem Centre.

The household is mixed with most people in their late 20s and professional.

Shower room shared with just two others. Large kitchen and shared living space. Also there’s a large patio/garden with picnic bench.

A cleaner attends once a week and the kitchen / house is well kept by the tenants. Someone tidy would be preferred.

The house is close to the 200 and 152 bus routes and is a short walk from Colliers Wood tube (Northern line). There’s also a driveway in the front of the house, although currently it's fully occupied (no car space available).

It’s also very close is the Priory Retail Park, Sainsbury’s (superstore) and Merton Abbey Mills. There are a number of gyms also a short walk away. Everything you need is within a very short distance.

All bills including heating, WiFi, council tax and cleaning are included.
