Double bedroom in four bedroom house.

Hey we are three outgoing paramedic students at St George’s university of London looking for a fourth house mate due to our 4th one recently moving out. Our course involves shift work so looking for someone who will be respectful of this, other than that we are very chill and just looking for a nice and ideally female flat mate.
It is a spacious four bedroom house on a quiet street, walking distance to Colliers Wood tube station, retail parks and St George’s Hospital.

We have a garden which we are currently renovating ready for the year ahead. Parking is also available via a permit. A video will be uploaded soon with the house in full once it is approved.
This bright room with a garden view is set back from the road so little noise from this.


This room would be ideal for a student but not that suitable from someone working from home.
It includes the bed and wardrobe pictured but own mattress will need to be provided.

Price is £625 without bills with bills costing around £70/month. Great price for location with the average price for the area usually being around £700-£800. Unsure how to change price on spare room but this is now the correct price due to landlord increasing price :(

Rent is due 21st of each month, £600 deposit is needed and any weeks rent acquired before the 21st of September if you move in before that :) ideally we want someone ASAP as we’re currently covering the 4th persons rent between us :(

Bills include WiFi, water, gas, electric and house insurance.

Move in date is available any time from now.
