Master bedroom in Colliers Wood

MOVE IN DATE FLEXIBLE (END OF MARCH/ APRIL)

This room is a large master bedroom with bay-window and two double floor to ceiling built in wardrobes (and definitely space for a desk!) The room is furnished with what you see in the pictures including a KING size bed.
It is for a long-term rent available asap in Colliers Wood. (5 minutes from Colliers Wood station and about 15 minutes from Tooting Broadway station.)

The main bathroom will only be shared with one person and has double sinks, a huge walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub (one of the highlights of the house!)

The house is two stories and comes fully furnished, has a huge kitchen with brand new appliances, a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and working fireplace - not to mention the garden (will be great for the summer!)

Important letting info:
Letting is managed by an Agency and references and a deposit will be required.
Bills are NOT included but are shared/split 3 ways and are roughly £140/150 a month total.

WHO YOU ARE JOINING:
Sally - The resident spiritual guru, she's just completed her MBA and is currently working on getting her yoga teacher certification (in Bali!) She's a free spirit who loves yoga, meditation, and travelling, with a business mind (currently working in tech sales.) She's a coffee aficionado and will never turn down an invite for a yoga class and coffee run. Her spirit animal is her Birkenstocks.

Soraya - The resident Patsy as she is absolutely fabulous darling. She is the hostess with the mostest, loves to cook and make you a cocktail (her Sunday roasts are legendary.) Her record collection is as extensive as her knowledge and recommendations of cocktail bars, pubs and literature (currently working as a Publishing for a non-fiction publishing house.) Her spirit animal is her cocktail shaker.

LOOKING FOR:
We’d love a gals gals to join the house! Ideally, a working professional with interests outside the 9-5, who is clean, tidy and friendly. We’re a social house and get along as friends more than housemates and would love to find someone who also has that mindset! We also love to host so feel free to invite friends, etc over too.
