Double room Ensuite sublet in a house of 4

Looking for a fourth housemate to move in with my friends in our spacious 4 bed house in Collier's Wood, after I move on in late January until late August.

The room on offer is a very large front-facing double bedroom with more inbuilt storage than you could possibly need, plenty of room for a desk and an ensuite. The house includes a shared living room with a dining table, and a spacious garden , whilst benefiting from being less than five minutes walk to the Colliers Wood tube station (Northern Line).

Further to the transport links, the house benefits from being twenty minutes from Tooting Broadway with a large selection of pubs and restaurants en route, whilst also being surrounded with green spaces and proximal to a large retail park including supermarkets for every budget.

As for the housemates, they are a mix of two final year medical students placed at St George's hospital (Areg and Marcus, 22 and 27 years old) and Ethan, a 23 year old working professionally as a physiotherapist. Their interests are all things sport, tv and films as well as cooking and spending time socialising.
