A spacious and furnished double room on the first floor of a semi-detached house!

Communal areas of the house include:
Separate large living area
Large kitchen
Garden space with patio

Connections:
5-10 minute walk from the Northern Line (Colliers Wood or South Wimbledon stops)
10-15 minute bus ride to Wimbledon station (district line or overground)
There’s also usually lime bikes across the road

Bills are not included in the price but come to around £150 per month per person (during the winter months). This includes council tax, electricity, gas, water and WiFi.

Current household is made up of friendly professionals in their twenties and thirties.
We are looking for someone who enjoys socialising but is also respectful of others’ space and privacy. We try and keep the place clean, so are looking for someone who can help maintain that.
