Double room with private bathroom

Hey girls, my best mate is moving out 28th May to live with his girlfriend and we would love to find someone to replace him (we meaning me and my dog Ronnie 🐾). We’ve known each other 20 years and lived with each other over 3 so I’m gutted to see him go but would love to find someone who makes flat sharing so easy and effortless like he did! 🥰

About the room/flat 🏠
- Move in date Friday 29th May 2026
- Double furnished room with access to our balcony
- Private large bathroom
- First floor (only ground, first and second floors in whole building)
- Gated parking. We have 1 parkingg space for the flat that I currently use but my mate does use someone else’s who doesn’t have a car and have been no issues.
- Private balcony which gets the sun all day when it decides to join the chat
- Security cameras
- Only 9 flats in the building
- 10min walk from Colliers Wood station
- Modern flat only around 5-6 years old
- Our landlord is pretty great and gets back to us quickly. The flat is owned by a group called Opinden so a big company who does this for a living which helps when you need things done!

About me 👋🏽
-33 and single (yawn)
- Work full time as a senior project manager in luxury retail production
- WFH most Tuesdays and Fridays
- I have a french bulldog called Ronnie (more about him next)
- I’m very social but a bit of a hermit during the week
- I love watching a Netflix series and cuddling up on the sofa with my dog
- Love a pub, festivals, visiting new place and recently discovered I love solo backpacking (who knew!)
- I’m a girly girl but have hung around with boys most my life so love a laugh and dry humour
- I’m very clean and like the flat to be that way but your room and bathroom is your own…as long as you don’t leave it so bad it attracts mice (I’ve had this before 😫)

Ronnie 🐾
- French bulldog
- 6 years old
- Big fan of a stick and football but will destroy both
- Very friendly, some would say too friendly but hes a lover not a fighter
- Loves a cuddle and a snooze on the sofa but can be known for snoring and the odd fart now and again (sorry mum) 🥹

- Ideally around 28-35
- Employed full time
- Ideally your WFH days would be opposite to mine so Ronnie has some company but it’s not a deal breaker as I can get a dog walker if needed
-Dog lover! I walk Ronnie before work and after work everyday but would like someone to be open to taking him for a wee now and again if I work late or go to a gym class after work 🥹
- looking to rent the room for atleast 1 year
- would be nice to have a fellow single girly in the flat but not a deal breaker. If you do have a boyfriend I just ask that he doesn’t end up living here all the time, I don’t want to live with a couple.
- Loves a clean flat!
- Sociable and happy to chat but equally loves your own space as we all know after a long day we just wanna chill
- Would be nice to share a flat with someone I genuinely get on with and not just nod at eachother as walk to the kitchen (we’ve all been there eek!)
