Hi there,

I’m moving out of my tenancy early (to move closer to work), and am looking for someone to replace me :)

The home is a 2 storey maisonette, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor garden space, shared living room and an office space anyone is welcome to use.

As it stands there are only 2 people living here, myself and a live-in landlord. He intends to rent out the third bedroom at some point but since I’ve been here that room has remained empty, which has meant I’ve had sole use of the downstairs bathroom (the landlord has his own en-suite).

Kitchen is recently refurbished with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine.

On-street parking is available, though requires applying for a permit.

The area is well connected. The nearest tube station is Colliers Wood (northern line), which is a 10 minute walk. There are plenty of bus routes, including connections to Kingston. And Wimbledon itself is only a 7 minute bike ride away (or half hour walk). There are plenty of good shops nearby with big Sainsbury’s and big M&S supermarkets, and a smaller Co-op just down the road.

The house itself is very chill. It mostly feels like I’ve been living here alone as the landlord often keeps himself to himself in his room, or is out working. When you do bump into him he is very sociable and happy to chat. He’s 36 and works as a music producer with his own company. You’re very welcome to make the house a home, hang-out in the living room and really treat the place like it’s yours.

All bills are included in the price.

1st of May is the official move-in date, though I can have flexibility if you need to move in a little sooner.

It would be great to find someone to move-in who is chilled, doesn’t want a party home and will be respectful of the space by keeping it clean and looked after.
