Top Floor Room -Private Bathroom -Quiet Household

Hello, we are two professionals chefs looking for a flatmate! (Yes there will be food!)

We love spending time together but as well respecting each others private time.

During the summers we will do the occasional BBQ at our garden!
Can't wait for the weather to get better so we can tidy it up and start enjoying it again!

We enjoy keeping the common areas in the house clean and tidy so ideally we want someone who would respect the space and call it a home too as we have the last couple years.

We do have guests over quite often but is definitely not a party house. We try to be respectful with each others space and quiet time

The room is fully furnished. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an available desk.
We would consider someone with a cat and ideally not someone working full time from home.
Bills vary from £120-£200 Depending on usage and months.
