Large double room in cozy flat, available for move in from 2nd June. You will be sharing with the lovely Adam, 28, who is a civil servant in central London. The contract will be with live out landlord, Nicola, who lives in Australia.

On street permit parking can be arranged if required through Merton Council. It also has a garden and plenty of loft storage should you need it. There’s also a 3rd box room that can be used as storage/a study.

The flat is situated in Colliers Wood (SW19), in a quiet street just off the High Street with quick access to large variety of shops, supermarket, and short walking distance to Colliers Wood Station (northern line).

The contract term is flexible but will preferably be a 6 month initial term with subsequent 1 month rolling tenancy (1 month notice period). Bills are shared with the other flatmate and amount to a total of approx £330 per month (council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband).
