Looking for a Mon- Fri flatmate.

The flat is a first floor Edwardian maisonette with wooden floors and fireplaces. The room is a small double but has a decent amount of storage space (including a big wardrobe) and the communal living space is pretty big for a two person flat - a large living/ dining room and a separate (good sized) kitchen. All bills included.

It's on a quiet residential road but very close to transport and other amenities- just a 7 minute walk to Colliers Wood tube (Northern line), where there is are coffee shops, supermarkets, park etc. It's also a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway and 10 minutes on the bus to Wimbledon.

You would be living with just one other person (me!). I usually work 3 days a week from home and 2 in the office. I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, and easy to get along with. Ideally a Mon-Fri let (price reflects this).
