The room is an absolute steal given the current rental prices in London at the moment. This room shares a bathroom with 2 other women who’ve been here for 1-2 years. I am looking to move for a new job outside of london

This is on the top floor, so plenty of privacy and you really can’t hear noises coming from the other girls’ rooms. The room has 2 huge skylight windows with adjustable blinds, so never short on sunlight when you want it.

It’s located in the heart of London, just off Commercial Road, with a 7-8 minute walk to Aldgate East Station (Hammersmith & City line and District line) and 12-13 minute walk to Aldgate station (Circle, Metropolitan lines). I find I can commute to any area of central london within 30-40 minutes, but I worked locally so it was a 15 minute walk for me every morning to Fenchurch Street.

The location means it’s so easy to travel around london on the weekends, exploring every inch, with many places being within walking distance. 15 minute talk to Spitalfields market, 20 minute walk to Shoreditch market. There’s a number of great food places all up and down Commercial Road, and a Sainsbury's supermarket 25 minutes walk away.

At the renewal date on 21st July, rent is going up £29, but this is still unbelievably cheap for london.
