Double bedroom with huge living room and balcony

Hi, we are two young professionals (female) working in London. The third flatmate is moving out so we are looking for the replacement for this large double room. It will be available from 5th June.

Living in this room you’ll share bathroom with one flatmate. This room is furnished with bed, double-door wardrobe, bedside table, and plenty of storage. The window faces garden and is floor-to-ceiling, so the room is very quiet and gets plenty of sunlight.

The living room is a gem: a massive open-plan dining area and a wonderful big, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, even ice cream machine - everything you need). There's loads of space to cook, work or relax. We also have a very big balcony perfect for summer sunbathing or a quiet morning coffee.

You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals (both work in bank). The atmosphere at home is relaxed, warm, also respectful of boundaries. Queer-friendly. Guests are absolutely fine, as long as giving notice. We keep shared areas clean and cosy, we also enjoy decorating our home for different holidays and celebrating. We hope to find someone who appreciates the same.

The location is perfect: 5 minutes' walk to Shadwell station (DLR and Windrush line), 12 mins walk to Whitechapel stations (Elizabeth/Hammersmith & City/District/Circle/Windrush line). Sainsbury's, Tesco, Iceland, and Whitechapel Market are all close by. The area is pretty safe and convenient, the perfect location of 20mins commuting to City/Canary Wharf.

Rent is around £1160 per month + bills (around £120).
