Spacing house in Wimbledon

Hi All,
The second floor room (5.5m x 2.0m) is currently available. There are plenty of storage and plenty space for both of us.

Next to the room, there is the attic (4.0m x 3.4m) to share with additional space.
We will share the followings :
Living room (please refer to the pictures)
Bathroom with a bath and a shower
Separate kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, a juice maker ...
Attic: see above
and the front garden.

I am working from home most of the time, So I am usually using the dinning room ...

The room is entirely furnished (with a built-in wardrobe) can also be unfurnished. Some bills are included in the rent (except from electricity and council tax to share) I pay a bit more for using the attic with yourself and the dinning room.

You will be sharing the apartment with myself, a 38year-old French professional, working in Kent and sometimes travelling abroad.. I am friendly, enjoy travelling and cooking and I would love to find a friendly housemate. The flat is in a peaceful area, is clean and I would like my future housemate to be respectful, clean and treat the apartment as if it was her own place (especially common areas of the flat).
