Short let, early Dec-late Jan, pref female

Short let only, from c.5 Dec to 25 Jan (no expension possible). Lovely double room with its own bathroom for female housemate to share with 1 other female, 30s. Tidy, employed, drug-free non-smokers.
I'm the owner (M, 50s) but I'll be away for almost all of this period. My lodger (F, Italian) will be there but has her own bathroom on the top floor, she's friendly and considerate. You'd be in the spare (double) room which is next to the main bathroom, which you'll have to yourself.
The house and room are beautifully furnished and decorated in a lovely leafy street near Raynes Park station and Wimbledon Common. The room would suit someone moving to or visiting London in December who needs an initial month to find somewhere longer term. Parks, tennis courts, supermarkets and everything else within minutes. Rent includes all bills. Could possibly accommodate a couple for a slightly shorter period and with the rent adjusted accordingly.
