IDEAL APPLICANT: Professional, non-smoker, quiet, clean, friendly. Looking for someone who can join in the camaraderie of the flat, and have occasional nights out together, but that is also respectful of the space of others.
No room for bikes, and subletting not permitted.
The flat's location is quite incredible, on Long Acre, about 30 second away from Covent Garden tube station, and a 3 min walk from Leicester Square. Despite that, the flat itself is very quiet, and the bedroom faces a light well, and there's no sound from the street
The bedroom has a display fireplace, 1 window. The walls and door/window frames were recently repainted, and the carpet was replaced a year ago.
The flat has 2 other bedrooms, a medium-sized living room and a large kitchen, one bathroom and one separate toilet.
The carpet was replaced throughout the flat a year ago, and the kitchen, bathroom and toilet floors were also replaced a year ago. The bathroom was also refurbished a year ago, and the living room was repainted then as well.
The kitchen has all amenities, including a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The two other roommates (one British and one Canadian) are both professionals, in the theatre industry (production and PR), and super friendly. They're looking for someone quiet, clean & courteous.
Bills amount to approximately £85 per months (internet, council tax, water, gas and electricity).

The building is managed by CBRE, the staircase is cleaned once a week, and they provide security and keys if locked out. They're also very fast to solve any issue with the flat. Both our fridge and washing machine were replaced in a day after breaking down.
