My flatmate and I are Iooking for one extra person to take the third bedroom in a 3-bed a flat with us in Covent Garden from Sep! There is one en-suite room and then there’s a shared bathroom for the two other rooms, and a small kitchen (equipped with washing machine-dryer and a dish washer) and no living room (quite standard for London).
The rent is £210 per week plus £30 per month for all bills. Since we are dealing with the landlords directly there would be no agency fees to pay!
I need to have the names of all the flat mates by Sunday (tomorrow) evening to contact the agent Monday morning. We are first in line so basically have the flat! The rent would start second week of Sep and last 12 months! It’s such a fantastic location! The only downside is the lack of living room but honestly the rooms are enormous and windows are lovely and big!
