We’re looking for a new flatmate to take a room with an en-suite bathroom in a spacious duplex flat situated the heart of Covent Garden. The room is available from the start of September as one flatmate is moving to live with his partner.

The duplex flat is a 2 bed 2 bathroom situated on the 2nd & 3rd floors of a period building on the corner of Endell Street and Shelton Street. It's just 1 minute walk from the Covent Garden tube station, and a 5 min from the Holborn Tube Station - very convenient to get around London. The flat is in a quiet street and close to many great restaurants (such as "The 10 Cases") and bars. Parking is easy with a resident’s permit, and there are plenty of spaces nearby.

The available bedroom has a window onto the rear inner courtyard so is very quiet at all times. The room is furnished with a double bed, and ample wardrobe space built in. The current flatmate can leave some shelves, drawers, and a second wardrobe if wanted.

There is a large shared living room and a separate kitchen on the 2nd floor, and the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are on the 3rd floor. There is access to the roof for catching some sun, and Lincoln Inn Fields is nearby (a beautiful park where you are allowed to have a BBQ).
The shared living room has a 55-inch TV set up with Apple TV, Amazon Video & Netflix. There is Virgin super high-speed broadband (fibre optic cable). There is a static bike for exercise.

We have a cleaner coming once every two weeks to clean the entire flat. We could change this to once every week if wanted.

The remaining flatmate is a flexible person that enjoys socialising and works hard.
