At 11 square meters with two massive windows this is the sort of beautiful room you rarely find in the heart of London at this price. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom with two friendly, easy going flatmates. You may be able to move the move-in date slightly sooner, but we can't confirm that yet.
Forget your railcard. Everything you could possibly want is a short walk away. Bars, restaurants, theatre, the Thames, two beautiful parks, shopping, 8 tube lines, and basically every bus route are all within a 20 minute walk. You haven’t really experienced London until you’ve lived here.
By some miracle our landlord is actually really nice and fixes everything whenever it breaks. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and dresser. Most furnishings are left by previous flatmates, so you can replace them with your own if you prefer. This has been a long-term flatshare for over a decade.
I'm a software engineer, love automating things, and would like to start my own startup one day. I'm into anything with an adrenaline rush and even have my own pilot's license. Most of my friends and I speak (or try to speak) several languages and would love to learn more. You’ll probably hear English, French, and Czech almost every day. Frédéric, our friendly Quebecois flatmate, dedicated a large chunk of his life to competitive badminton, but now is too busy exploring Europe. We're both into fitness and just bought a pull up bar for the flat. My girlfriend, Kateřina, is over a lot and is really into fashion design. She's always organising art museum trips and cooking us vegetarian food.
As you can imagine, we get a ton of interest. Honestly, I'd love to grab a coffee with all of you to get to know you better, but I just don't have the time. If you're interested, message us something about your cool hobbies, interests, skills, job, habits, etc so you stand out from the crowd (minimum 200 words, or you'll just blend in 🙁). Feel free to shamelessly reuse what you've already sent other flats. It doesn't have to be super specific to us.
Process:
1. We will review every message here 🤞
2. If you're a good fit we'll send a link to schedule a quick video viewing.
3. If the video viewing goes well we'll arrange an in person viewing and go out to dinner together afterwards.

---The video mentions a different room in the same flatshare. I will reshoot it with this room when I get a chance. Everything else is still correct. The pictures on the ad are for this room. ---
