There is a shared living room and the bathroom is to be shared with just one flatmate, a responsible female professional in her thirties.

The room is about 12sqm, it's bright with a beautiful view on a peaceful sidewalk and flowerbed. It's modernly furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables.

There is a large table in the living room if you need to work from home but also enough space in the room if you want to add a desk.

The kitchen has all appliances you need to enjoy cooking in your spare time: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fruit-squeezer and numerous baking tools etc. Here you will find also the washer-dryer.
