Hi there!

My garden-facing second bedroom is available to rent from September in an unbelievable part of London.

You will be living in a large light-filled two-bedroom Victorian flat with a balcony, eat-in kitchen, bathroom (separate shower and bathtub), and large living room. This flat feels like an oasis in the heart of London, I can't believe I found it!

Your Room: is a quiet garden-facing room, furnished with a UK King Bed (Emma mattress and John Lewis bed frame) and built-in wardrobe.

The Neighbourhood: It's a magical place to live! The location couldn't be better and surprisingly it’s very quiet and safe, with security around the corner and patrols the streets 24/7. There are incredible transport options connecting to everywhere.

The bills are not included (tech glitch) and run about £100 a month. I have a sublet agreement and will return the security deposit given that there is no significant damage to the items or space.

About You: You are a working professional or mature student who is tidy, considerate, and mature. You appreciate a special space and know how to keep it clean, and you are not a smoker/partier/drug user.

About Me: I am a mid-thirties professional who works both in the arts and in the corporate space. I’m originally from San Francisco and have lived in London for eight years. During the day I work in Diversity and Inclusion in hospitality and outside of that I am a theatre writer.

I would love to share my home with someone who is sweet, responsible, thoughtful, and mature. I have had only positive experiences with amesome subletters and hope to continue!
