Room available in lovely house

Hi there,

A room is becoming available in our lovely house - it is not huge but it is very homey and comes with a king size bed, closet, chest of drawers, a desk, and a full length mirror.

The house is located in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood, which is rare in London! It is also close to Middlesex University, so perfect if you’re studying there.

There are 3 rooms and a total of 4 housemates, an open kitchen and living room, and one bathroom. We get along well, often sharing a laugh over a drink or two, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space. We all share a good sense of sarcastic and dry humour, and we love going to the cinema or to gigs (the two metalheads of the house frequently end up in Camden for shows or a drink).

There’s also a front and back garden – which screams BBQ and Aperol Spritz!

Transport links are amazing, with the Jubilee line (Kilburn) and Overground (Brondesbury) just a 10minute bus ride away. There are plenty of buses, with at least 3 or 4 every 5 minutes. Shops are also close by with Tesco just around the corner, and Lidl and Co-op both a 5minute walk away.

We’re looking for someone who cleans as they go, because cleaning rotas are soul destroying and must be avoided for the sake of our collective sanity.

Now the money bit (annoying but necessary). Rent is £135 per week with all bills included except for gas and electricity which comes at around £50-70 per person every 3 months. Deposit is £425 per person. The house is from a private landlord, therefore no fees which is great!
