Ensuite room close to central for short let

Due to personal reasons I will be abroad for the rest of the year (minimum 6 months required, but quite flexible for longer term) and looking for a cool individual to rent my room while away.

A house with creative and social friends (5 others but it’s a huge house so it’s doesn’t feel like that many). We all have our own lives but we don't lock ourselves in our rooms 24/7 as we socialise with each other too. Everyone in the house is awesome and genuine with positive vibes. We are mainly musicians in the house but in general just very creative spirits :)

Looking for a responsible person that can take care of my room and while away studying in LA. You are ideally a very nice and warm person that can socialise but also comfortable with your own space, you like creative things and are tidy (bare in mind I'm renting out my personal space).

The room has a smart-tv with inbuilt Netflix, internet, ensuite bathroom, desk, chair and closet for your clothes, There is a gym just outside the house, a big high street with all essential shops, a garden where you can smoke if you're a smoker and a big kitchen to share with own cupboard/ fridge/ freezer space as well as a lounge area. The house is also very close to Kilburn high road where there are even more shops including Primark, leading straight to Edgware Road.

25 mins with bus and underground to central London. Jubilee (Kilburn or Willesden Green station) very close from here. Cricklewood station 5 minutes walking distance. Bills are all included with the rent.

Pictures are all up to date except for the bed, as I decided to throw it away and sleep on the mattress on the floor (much cosier, more space and better for back).

Room available from 3rd Aug as I will come back on the 1st Aug to sort out the room.
