The house contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, separate toilet, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and lounge that backs onto a very large garden, with a house vegetable garden. Feel free to grow something!

We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to join our home. Existing housemates vary in age, profession and hobbies but we all get along very well, and enjoy each others company and socialise (but this isn't a party house).

The house is 15 minutes walk from Willesden Green and Dollis Hill underground stations, as well as Cricklewood Thameslink for an immediate journey into central London.
We are a 5-minute walk to Cricklewood Broadway for shopping needs and we're located on the corner of Gladstone Park.

The rent for the room is £600 and all bills come to around £170 PCM.

The room is available to move in from the 19th February 2023.
