Looking for a new roommate

Hey, we are looking for someone asap to join our house. We’ve already secured a house in North Camden from Jan 2026. We are three 24-year-old postgraduate students (two from Spain 🇪🇸 and one from Germany 🇩🇪). We are all currently studying a Master's in Criminology and are looking for someone who appreciates a nice environment. We enjoy calm and peace at home but also love to make plans together and socialize. The monthly rent is £725 pounds and you must be willing to be on the contract (minimum 6 months). Moreover you need to be able to provide a valid Right to Rent share code for tenancy checks or a standard visitor visa.
