Room available in a lovely flatshare

I’m sadly leaving my current flatshare and have to find someone to replace for early March.

You’ll be sharing with 2 lovely girls (Spanish and Italian, late 20s/early 30s) that are very respectful & friendly.

The flat is a 4 bedroom flat, located between Willesden Green and Cricklewood in a quiet residential road. We have moved to this property recently, it was entirely refurbished and all the appliances are brand new.

The room is double, furnished with a king size bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe (bedroom highlighted in the attached video). You’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one of the two girls.

We have a cozy living room, a garden, a spare bedroom and plenty of storage in the flat.

The closest tube station is Willesden Green. We’re also near Cricklewood and Brent Cross West Thameslink stations.
There is a big Lidl 5 min away and a few bus lines (245, 16, 32, 316, 266).
Gladstone park is less than 10 min walk.

The rent is £870 + bills (around £105)
