The double room currently has a single bed (can be changed for a double bed), a wardrobe and a desk. It has a garden / park view.
You will only share the bathroom with one other person (it has a bathtub too).

We are 2 professionals in our late 30s.

The house has:

- Fully fitted Open plan kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 fridges, smoothie maker, rice maker, blender and lots of storage, island.
- Living room with plenty of seating, TV with Netflix, Prime, chess set, some card and boars games.
- Garden.
- Fast, Fibre optic internet.

Location:
- Brent cross west on thameslink is about 4mins walk from the door. Goes to Kings cross / farringdon in about 15 mins. Much quicker access to West Hampstead, Kentish Town and south London, compared to undergroud travel.
- There is a big tesco 5 mins walk away.
- Brent Cross Shopping Centre is a short bus ride away or 10 mins walk. It's one of the biggest shopping centres in London. It has a waitrose, Boots, a M&S and lots of other shops.
- Brent Cross Underground on the Northern Line is about 12 minutes walk away.
- There are bus stops just 1 min walk from the house with
bus links to 5 Underground Lines (jubilee, Overground, Metropolitan, Northern, Picadilly)
- There is a Sports Direct, Next and other shops 5 mins walk away.

There is a huge park, 2 minutes walk away from the house. Perfect for joggers who like a large green open space.
