Lovely peaceful oasis in Crofton Park, in a quiet famiy home. Available as Monday- Friday let, perfect for someone working in London but based elsewhere. Full time considered if on a short term basis (rent wpuld be 700pcm). It's a double loft room and bathroom in our lovely family home. In the house are me and my two children (14 and 9) and often their dad. Oh, and our two badass cats. My kids are at school and I work from home as a social researcher. We are kind, welcoming, quiet, fun and busy and look forward to having a new lodger come to stay during the week. We're looking for someone kind, considerate, clean, tidy and quiet who is happy to be in, and respect, our family home. The price is £500 pcm including bills.

Not suitable for homeworking.
We use the room at weekends so it's not suitable for someone with alot of stuff!
No guests (it's our family home) Limited use of a washing machine.
