Shared kitchen is on the ground floor. We generally eat 'as a household' on week nights rather than as individuals - on a flexible rota basis - saving us from all cooking every day.

There's an outdoor seating area under a gazebo for shelter for the occasional smoke.

Home is occupied by a needy King Charles Spaniel and a ginger cat, along with 3 other paid tenants and my younger son. All of whom are professional and friendly working people. Sunny the dog will love you if you take him for walkies.

5 minutes' walk to Crofton Park Station (trains to London Blackfriars) - zone 3.
15 minutes' walk to Ladywell Station (trains to London Bridge/Cannon Street/Charing Cross) - zone 3.
15 minutes' walk to Honor Oak Park (trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Canada Water) - zone 3.
All in Zone 3 (or 17 minutes' walk to Brockley Station (next station from Honor Oak Park) which is Zone 2.

There is currently free parking on the street.
