The House
This warm and friendly house provides a private bedroom with a seperate shower room. We are an artistic and creative family (all adults) who are looking for a lodger to occupy our spare downstairs bedroom.

Transport
We are well connected here with regular trains into central London - about 30 mins journey and you're in the heart of it all! It is easy to park on the side roads of our house. There are buses, Thameslink and overground trains all within walking distance which run into the evening, and one night bus.

The Space
The bedroom is light, airy and spacious with a kingsized bed, desk and sofa. There is plenty of space to store your belongings. There is an attached bathroom which has a power shower.

You will have access to our kitchen, there is a large hob, plus a microwave so plenty of space for cooking. You will have access to a shared fridge and cupboard space.

You will have access to the ground floor bedroom and a bathroom, which is directly accessible as soon as you come through the front door. So it feels private and you can come and go as you please.

Other things to note
We have a friendly, boisterous standard (large) poodle who will quickly settle once you get to know him and is really quite docile.
